Question: Application process

Okay, on my site, I really hate it when people ask this because I think it's pretty clear, but I want to make sure I'm doing it all right

To apply, do I add on to the Character Application Form thread, or do I start a new thread? And if I need a new thread, where exactly do I start it?

And I promise to be more patient with new people on the other site

(im sure that) It is preferred that you start a new thread in the characters area, then the Admins will look at it and accept or critique your profile. Hope that helps.
